One song, every part
Get the voice on its own, an instrumental backing or a drumless mix for playing along. Choose Four stems for vocals, drums, bass and other instruments. Four stems, Drumless and paid separations include all six tracks. Free Vocals or Instrumental results include both of those tracks.
Use the track buttons below the player to compare parts at the same position. You can compare the original while the selected file is still in this tab. With the four stems, find Mix & download under All tracks to adjust each part and save a combined WAV. Save tracks as WAV or smaller MP3 files; the individual downloads keep their original levels.
Start with a clear recording
A clean source gives the model more detail to work with. Dense mixes, distortion and heavy reverb can leave audible artifacts. Listen before using the output in a project.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. Two separations per UTC day are free, shared with StemVocal transcription, and no account is needed. After that, a separation uses one credit or Unlimited.
Which files can I use?
MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC, OGG and Opus files up to 80 MB and 10 minutes, and MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV videos up to 10 minutes. From a video, your browser takes the sound, and only that audio is separated or uploaded. After the separation you can save the video with the track you choose as its sound. Choose a file from your device; YouTube and other URLs are not supported.
What can I download?
A free Vocals or Instrumental separation gives you both of those tracks. Drumless, Four stems and every paid separation include all six: vocals, instrumental, drumless, drums, bass and other, also as one ZIP. Save tracks as stereo WAV or 320 kbps MP3. Paying does not guarantee cleaner separation.
Will the vocals be perfectly clean?
Not always. Reverb, backing voices and overlapping instruments can bleed between tracks. Preview a quiet section and a busy section before using the result.
Can I separate lead vocals from backing vocals?
No. This tool groups vocal sounds into one Vocals track. Lead vocals, harmonies and other singers can appear together; it does not isolate individual singers.
What happens to my audio?
Your file is uploaded to private storage for separation. Access ends after one day, and the files are then deleted automatically. Some free separations run in your browser instead, and that audio stays on your device. Download your tracks before closing the tab. See Privacy for details.
Can I publish the extracted vocals?
Only with the rights needed for that use. Separating a song does not give you permission to distribute the recording or a remix.
