Acapella Extractor processes files uploaded by visitors and keeps input and output files in private temporary storage. Access expires after one day, followed by storage deletion. It does not host a public catalog of uploads. We still take specific copyright concerns seriously.
Send a report to hello@acapellaextractor.com. Identify the copyrighted work, the material or job you are concerned about, and enough information for us to locate it, such as a job ID or a full URL. Include your name, a way to contact you, a statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law, and a statement that your report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder. Add your physical or electronic signature. We may ask for more information if a private job cannot be identified from the report.
We review identifiable reports and can remove accessible material or disable a job where appropriate. If you believe your own material was removed by mistake, use the same email address and identify the job, explain the mistake, and provide a way to contact you.
